MUNICIPALITIES

1. Samsun Metropolitan Municipality

Maps: 20.277 maps have been prepared by Cities Bank. These are, 19.11.1948 affirmation dated 900 –ha- map, 10.12.1957 affirmation dated 1.280 –ha- map, 30.12.1964 affirmation dated 600 –ha- map, 21.05.1975 affirmation dated 9.435 –ha- map, 03.06.1983 affirmation dated 7.455 –ha- map, and 03.05.1984 affirmation dated 607 –ha- map.

Zone Plan: A 01.09.1988 affirmation dated 4500 –ha- zone plan was prepared by cities bank. In order to prepare a geologic report of Çobanlı, Çobanözü and Beypınar residential areas, a geologic analysis was made on 03.10.2003 date. Report has been arranged and we are waiting the approval of General Directorate of Disaster Affairs.

Drinking Water:  Biddings of works of transmission lines of water which was brought by D.S.İ., laying main pipes which distribute the water to networks were realized on March 24, 1999; with prices of 1998 and an estimated account amounted 1.750.000 by Cities Bank. Their contract was signed on May 24, 1999. By the time 05.09.2003, 1.386.809 –YTL- work has been completed. Accrual rate was 78 % according to the estimate and work was alienated to Metropolitan Municipality with the 05.09.2003 dated and 23275 numbered circulation contract of 46th notariate of Ankara.

Canalization: Biddings of ø200, ø300, ø400, ø500, ø600, ø1000, ø1200, ø1400, ø1600, ø1800 -mm- pipes’ network and collector lines were completed with prices of 1998 and with an estimated account which is amounted 5.000.000 YTL by Cities Bank. Their contract was signed on July 20, 1998. By the time 04.04.2007, 4.670.618, 03 –YTL- work has been completed. The accrual rate according to estimate is 94 %.

Building: A butchery was constructed by Cities Bank. We do not have a continuing work now.  

2. Atakum Municipality

Map : After it was left from the Big City, a part of the map which was prepared for the Metropolitan Municipality was within the borders of Atakum Municipality. Then, a 04.05.1998 dated and 651 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.   

Zone Plan: Some part of the zone plan which was made by Cities Bank for Big City was found within the borders of Atakum. (75 % of zone plan of municipality).

Drinking Water:   It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

3. Canik Municipality

Map: After it was left from the Big City, some part of the map which was prepared for the
Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Canik Municipality. 95 % of the existent map which is in the Canik Municipality was prepared by Cities Bank

Zone Plan:  Some part of the zone plan which was made by Cities Bank for Big City was found
within the borders of Canik Municipality (75 % of zone plan of municipality).

Drinking Water:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Solid Waste:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

4. Gazi Municipality

Map: After it was left from the Big City, some part of the map which was prepared for the Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Gazi Municipality. Later, a 04.12.1997 dated and 95 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: Some part of the zone plan which was made by Cities Bank for Big City was found within the borders of Gazi Municipality (75 % of zone plan of municipality).

Drinking Water:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Building: For the construction of multi-purpose youth center, 3.000.000 –YTL- credit which has 9 % yearly and 0.75 monthly interest rate, 120 months maturity date and 2 years grace period was given by Cities Bank on July 3, 2005. By the time 30.01.2007, 582.654,98 –YTL- work was completed and physical accrual rate was 32 %; but the work abolished by Gazi Municipality.  

5. İlkadım Municipality

Map: After it was left from the Big City, some part of the map which was prepared for the Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of İlkadım Municipality. Later, a 04.12.1997 dated and 170 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan :  Some part of the zone plan which was made by Cities Bank for Big City was found within the borders of İlkadım Municipality (75 % of zone plan of municipality).

Drinking Water:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Solid Waste:   It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Building: For the construction of Mete Adanır Sports Center credit was provided by our bank. By the time 17.01.2007, 644.131,96 –YTL- work was done and the whole work was completed.

6. Altınkum Municipality

Map:  Some part of the map which was prepared for the Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Altınkum Municipality. Later totally 1201 –ha- 5 maps were prepared by Cities Bank. The first is 28.05 1993 dated and 110 –ha- map; the second is 04.11.1993 dated and 150 –ha- map; the third one is 24.01.1994 dated and 100 –ha- map; the fourth one is 07.03.1994 dated and 190 –ha- dated map; and the last one is 04.05.1998 dated and 651 –ha- map. 

Zone Plan: It was completed by municipality.

Drinking Water:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Solid Waste:   It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

7. Atakent Municipality

Map:  Some part of the map which was prepared for the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Atakent Municipality. Later, a 15.07.1993 dated and 367 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: Some part of the zone plan which was made by Cities Bank for Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Atakent Municipality. This amount is 15 % of zone plan of municipality.

Drinking Water: It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality. In order to send water to upstairs, bidding of networks and depots was negotiated by the Bank with prices of 1998 and with an estimated account which amounts 310.000 YTL. On May 30, 2003 final acceptance of the plant was accepted and construction was started. For this work, 4.396.000 –YTL- expenditure was made as of end of 2003. 

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality. Its project was prepared by the Bank.

8. Çatalçam Municipality

Map:  Some part of the map which was prepared for Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Çatalçam Municipality. 70 % of the map which exists within the borders of Çatalçam Municipality was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: It was completed by municipality.

Drinking Water:   It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality. Its project bid was opened by the Bank with prices of the year 1999 and with an estimated account which amounts 600.000 YTL; and its contract was signed on April 4, 2000. Until 31.12.2003, 548.000 –YTL- work was completed. According to the estimate, accrual rate was 91 %. The final acceptance of the work was accepted. 

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality. Its project was completed by the Bank.

9. Kurupelit Municipality

Map:  Some part of the map which was prepared for Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Kurupelit Municipality. Later a 18.08.1999 dated and 624 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: Some part of the zone plan which was prepared by Cities Bank for the Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Kurupelit Municipality (30 % of zone plan of municipality). 

Drinking Water:   It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality. Bids of three fountain type captages, 500 m3 B.A.G. depot, and network units were opened by Cities Bank with prices of 1994 and with an estimated account which amounts 6.500 YTL; and their contract was signed on March 30, 1995. Their final acceptances were temporarily accepted on 15.09.1997 and certainly accepted on 13.04.1999. With a second bidding, bids of 2 fountain type captages, 1000 m3 and 2500 m3 B.A.G depots and network units were opened by the Bank with prices of 1997 and with an estimated account which amounts 85.000 YTL. Their contract was signed on 05.11.1997 and rectified on 14.10.1999.   

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Building: A butchery was constructed by Cities Bank.

Solid Waste:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

10. Taflan Municipality

Map: Totally 974 –ha- maps were prepared by Cities Bank. One of them is 29.05.1985 dated and 350 –ha- map; the other one is 01.08.1991 dated and 520 –ha- map.
 
Zone Plan: Some part of the zone plan which was prepared by Cities Bank for the Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Taflan Municipality (30 % of zone plan of municipality). 

Drinking Water: It is in the process of study. We could not obtain water from the deep wells. We are going to obtain water from the Metropolitan Municipality.

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality. Its project was completed by the Bank.

Solid Waste:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

11. Yeşilkent Municipality

Map:  Some part of the map which was prepared for the Samsun Metropolitan Municipality was
found within the borders of Yeşilkent Municipality. 85 % of the map which exists in the borders of Yeşilkent Municipality was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: Some part of the zone plan which was prepared by Cities Bank for the Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Yeşilkent Municipality (20 % of zone plan of municipality).

Drinking Water: There is no transactions which have been made by Cities Bank.

Solid Waste:   It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

12. Alaçam Municipality

Map: Two maps were prepared by Cities Bank which are 877 –ha-. One of them is 14.12.1967 dated and 502 –ha- map; and the other one is 23.09.1980 dated and 375 –ha- map.

Zone Plan : The existing zone plan was completed by Cities Bank on 15.02.1985 and in the ratio of 95 %.

Drinking Water: Biddings of 50 -m3 -, 100 -m3 – B.A.G. Depots and Networks were made by Cities Bank with prices of 1998 and with an estimated account amounted 63.000 YTL. Their contract was signed on the date of 07.10.1998. It was temporarily accepted on 25.12.2001 and permanently accepted on 11.12.2002. 

Canalization: Biddings of feeder lines, Networks, and transfer centers were made with prices of 1999 and with an estimated account which amounts 1.900.000 YTL. Their contract was signed on 07.04.2000 and it was completed on 07.08.2006. 1.535.720,55 YTL was spent according to the contract’s prices. 

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the 4thgroup municipalities will be used. (look at page 47)

13. Asarcık Municipality

Map :  Three maps were prepared by Cities Bank which amount 413 –ha- totally.  One of them is 09.08.1990 dated and 120 –ha- map; the second one is 13.03.1997 dated and 375    –ha- map; and the other one is 10.05.2005 dated and 59 – ha – map.

Zone Plan : It was completed by the municipality.  

Drinking Water: Biddings of captage, transfer line, a transfer center with two groups, 10 -m3 – and 50 –m3- collector rooms, 150 –m3- , 250 –m3-  depots, a connection line between depots, and a sustaining wall were realized by Cities Bank with prices of 1993 and with an estimated account which amounts 4.600 YTL. Their contract was signed on 01.03.1994 and it was accepted on 27.10.1994. Bidding of rest of the work which was rectified was made by Cities Bank. Those works are collector room, 11 discharge lines, 9 ventouses, 50 –m3- , 150 –m3-, 250 –m3- BAG depots, network, 2 motopomps and energy transmission line. Their biddings were by Cities Bank with prices of 1994 and with an estimated account which amounts 6.500 YTL. Contract was signed on 14.04.1995. Plant was replenished by temporarily accepting on 26.09.1997 and permanently accepting on 22.07.1998.  

Canalization : No works have been realized yet.

Solid Waste: The area which was chosen for the first group municipalities will be used.

14. Ayvacık Municipality

Map :  Three maps were prepared by Cities Bank which amount 413 –ha- totally.  One of them is 09.08.1990 dated and 120 –ha- map; the second one is 13.03.1997 dated and 375      –ha- map; and the other one is 10.05.2005 dated and 59 – ha – map.

Zone Plan: It was completed by the municipality.  

Drinking Water: Biddings of captage, transfer line, a transfer center with two groups, 10 -m3 – and 50 –m3- collector rooms, 150 –m3- , 250 –m3-  depots, a connection line between depots, and a sustaining wall were realized by Cities Bank with prices of 1993 and with an estimated account which amounts 4.600 YTL. Their contract was signed on 01.03.1994 and it was accepted on 27.10.1994. Bidding of rest of the work which was rectified was made by Cities Bank. 15. Bafra Municipality

Map:  Three maps were prepared by Cities Bank which amount 2420 –ha- totally.  One of them is 11.03.1965 dated and 1167 –ha- map; the second one is 02.11.1982 dated and 537 –ha- map; and the last one is 23.07.1985 dated and 716 – ha – map.

Zone Plan: 45 % of the existent zone plan was completed by Cities Bank on 20.02.1969.

Drinking Water: Biddings of 2500 –m3-, 5000 –m3- BAG depots and 100 –m3- depot with legs, transfer line, EMP transfer center with 2 groups, and network were done by Cities Bank with prices of 1994 and with an estimated account which amounts 40.000 YTL; and their contract was signed on 07.06.1995. Plant was completed with prices of 1994 and with an estimated account which amounts 52.000 YTL. It was temporarily accepted on 25.05.1999 and permanently accepted on 06.04.2000.

Execution Construction: Biddings of 5000 –m3- BAG depot and network units were done by Cities Bank with prices of1998  and  with an estimated account which amounts 200.000 YTL; their contract was signed on 01.06.1998. It was temporarily accepted on 06.04.2000, and permanently accepted on 03.09.2001. The need for water is met by deep wells. For water which will be taken from Derbent Barrage, chemical treatment plant was constructed with the cooperation of Doğanca and Çetinkaya municipalities. But Bafra Municipality constructed this plant in order to meet its own needs.   

Canalization: Canalization and waste treatment plants were completed with ecdemic credits by the municipality.  

Building : a)  Block of offices- Hotel: Bidding was made by Cities Bank with prices of1976 and  with an estimated account which amounts 5,408 YTL. Its contract was signed on 28.12.1976 and it was completed on 30.06.1980. A survey study was made for municipality service building.

16. Çetinkaya Municipality

Map: A 01.08.1991 dated and 520 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank. Its existent map was exterminated. Studies for taking a 930 –ha- map has been continuing. The rate of physical accrual is 60 %. 

Zone Plan : A 25.05.1994 dated and 182 –ha- zone plan was prepared by Cities Bank.  

Drinking Water : Biddings of 2 deep well transfer center, 100 -m3 – collecting depot, 500 -m3 – BAG depot, transfer line, transfer center with 2 groups, taking of motopomp, and energy transmission line were made by Cities Bank with prices of 1993 and with an estimated account which amounts 1.650 YTL. Their contract was signed on 14.01.1994. It was temporarily accepted on 11.04.1997; and permanently accepted on 22.05.1998. The need for water is met by wells. Works of getting drinking water from barrage water by using chemical processing which is being realized by us and Bafra Municipality have been continuing.    

Canalization : No works have been done yet.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the fourth group municipalities will be used

17. Doğanca Municipality

Map:  Two maps were prepared by Cities Bank which amount 2386 –ha- totally.  One of them is 01.03.1996 dated and 2268 –ha- map; the second one is 14.11.2000 dated and 118 –ha- map.

Zone Plan : An application was made.

Drinking Water : Biddings of 500 -m3 – depot, connection line between the depots, and network units were made by Cities Bank with prices of 1996  and with an estimated account which amounts 36.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 20.09.1996. It was temporarily accepted on 03.06.1998 and permanently accepted on 25.06.1999. Water need of the district is met by Nebyan Group’s water.

Canalization : No works have been done yet.

Building : a) Municipality Service Building: Bidding was made by Cities Bank with prices of 1998  and with an estimated account which amounts 70.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 25.12.1998. It was temporarily accepted on 01.03.2001 and permanently accepted on 23.05.2002.

b) Oven Building and the Cook Unit : Bidding was made by Cities Bank with prices of the year 1997 and with an estimated account which amounts 4.600 YTL. Its contract was signed on 21.11.1997. Plant was temporarily accepted on 31.12.1997 and permanently accepted on 08.10.1999.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the fourth group municipalities will be used.

18. İkizpınar Municipality

Map: A 17.02.1994 dated and 718 –ha- map was made by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: 05.04.1996 dated and 260 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water : Biddings of transfer line, 2 deep wells, transfer center, 2 transfer centers with two groups, 100 –m3-, 200 –m3-, two 300 –m3- BAG depots, taking of motopomp, energy transmission line, and network units were made by Cities Bank with  prices of 1996 and with an estimated account which amounts 45.000 YTL; their contract was signed on  05.11.1996. It was temporarily accepted on 16.11.1999, and permanently accepted on 19.04.2001. Drinking Water Plant was constructed by Cities Bank. Water need is met by Nebyan Group’s water.

Canalization : No works have been done yet.
Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the fourth group municipalities will be used.

19. Kolay Municipality

Map: Two maps which are 521 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 09.09.1970 dated and 300 –ha- map; and the other one is 20.06.1989 dated and 221 –ha- map. 

Zone Plan :  23.09.1992 dated and 271 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water : Biddings of 400 –m3- BAG depot and network units were made by Cities Bank with prices of 1987 and with an estimated account which amounts 50 YTL. Its contract was signed on 11.11.1987. It was temporarily accepted on 20.12.1989, and permanently accepted on 15.03.1991. Need for water is met by wells. 

Canalization: No works have been done yet.

Building: a) Touristic Plant: Bidding was made by Cities Bank with prices of 1978 and with an estimated account which amounts 4,920 YTL. Its contract was signed on 22.09.1978. It was temporarily accepted on 09.02.1979; and permanently accepted on 15.04.1980. 

Touristic Plant Replenishment Construction : Bidding  was made by Cities Bank with prices of 1981 and with an estimated account which amounts 3,300 YTL. Its contract was signed on 16.01.1981. It was temporarily accepted on 30.11.1981; and permanently accepted on 08.11.1983.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the fourth group municipalities will be used.

20. Çarşamba Municipality

Map: Seven maps which are totally 5429 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is18.06.1970 dated and 855 –ha- map; the second one is 16.06.1972 dated and 165 –ha- map; the third one is 09.02.1979 dated and 712 –ha- map; the fourth one is 02.08.1985 dated and 597 –ha- map; the fifth one is 04.11.2003 dated and 812 –ha- map; the sixth one is 10.11.2004 dated and 715 –ha- map; the seventh one is 25.01.2005 dated and 1573 –ha- map.

Zone Plan : In the years 1970 and 1972, 09.05.1986 dated 1168 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank. A survey report was prepared according to the zone plan and it was approved by our bank on 10.11.2006.

Drinking Water : Biddings of  depots, transfer and network lines were made by Cities Bank with prices of 1998 and with an estimated account which amounts 830.000 YTL. Their contract was signed on 21.07.1998. Plant was temporarily accepted on 11.09.2002 and construction was started. For this work 9.782.000 YTL was spent (material + production) by the time 2003.

Canalization: Bidding of construction of transfer line, transfer center, collector, search chimneys, parcel chimney and its linkages was made by Cities Bank with prices of 1982 and with an estimated account which amounts 375 YTL and it was completed with an estimated account which amounts 573 YTL. Its contract was signed on 08.09.1982. It was temporarily accepted on 23.03.1990, permanently accepted on 02.07.1991. Project of new canalization has been completed but its bidding has not been completed yet.

Building : Plant for bottles and a movie saloon was constructed. Construction of inner-city transition bridge which amounts 4.251.366,23 has been continuing. According to 17.04.2007, 3.806.069,48 YTL was spent and rate of accrual is 89.52 %. 

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

21. Ağcagüney Municipality

Map : A 16.09.1997 dated and 223 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.  

Zone Plan : It was completed by the municipality.  

Drinking Water : No works have been done by Cities Bank.

Canalization: Its project has been prepared by Cities Bank but its bid has not been made yet. 

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

22. Çınarlık Municipality

Map: It was completed by the municipality.

Zone Plan: It was completed by the municipality.

Drinking Water : Cities Bank provided pipes for the construction of network.

Canalization: No works have been done by Cities Bank. 

Solid Waste :  The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

Building : Bidding of Municipality Service Building whose credit was approved by Cities Bank was made and it is in the process of evaluating. 

23. Dikbıyık Municipality

Map: A 13.02.1998 dated and 700 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.  

Zone Plan: 06.05.1998 dated and 130 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: A survey report was prepared by Cities Bank in the year 1995.

Canalization: No works have been done, yet.

Solid Waste :  The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

24. Hürriyet Municipality

Map:  A 14.03.2001 dated and 957 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank

Zone Plan: An application has been made.  

Drinking Water: An application for network has been made. After the legal problems are sold, a survey will be made.  

Canalization : No works of construction and project have been done yet by Cities Bank.  

Building : Credit demand for replenishment of municipality service building has been in the process of evaluating.

Solid Waste :  The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

25. Havza Municipality

Map: Five maps which are totally 2187 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 22.12.1948 dated and 120 –ha- map; the second one is 17.07.1966 dated and 380 –ha- map; the third one is 22.09.1977 dated and 760 –ha- map; the fourth one is 29.06.1988 dated and 5 –ha- map; the fifth one is 08.05.1991 dated and 922 –ha- map. Its existent map was exterminated. A 1353 –ha- map has been made together with the extra parts. Rate of physical accrual is 20 %.

Zone Plan: 22.11.1993 dated and 708 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: Its bidding was made by Cities Bank with prices of the year 2000 and with an estimated account which amounts 700.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 09.08.2000. Plant was temporarily accepted on 20.12.2002 and after that it was replenished. By the end of the year 2003, 7.492.000 YTL was spent (material + production).

Canalization: Biddings of network and collector lines were made by Cities Bank with prices of the year 2000 and with an estimated account which amounts 3.000.000 YTL. Their contract was signed on 11.10.2000. Until 05.04.2007, 3.189.557,83 YTL was spent according to the prices of contract. Rate of accrual is 87 %. The work has been continuing in the scope of program.

Building : a)  Municipality Site and Service Building : Its bidding was made by Cities Bank with prices of the year 1985 and with an estimated account which amounts 192 YTL. Its contract was signed on 30.12.1985. It was temporarily accepted on 12.01.1989; permanently accepted on 23.11.1990; and after that the work was completed. 

b) Thermal Hotel: Bidding of construction of the hotel was made by Cities Bank with prices of the year 1994 and with an estimated account which amounts 60.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 18.01.1995. It was temporarily accepted on 11.04.2002; permanently accepted on 28.04.2003; so construction was completed. With prices of the year 2002, totally 5.186.000 YTL was spent for the plant. 

Solid Waste :  The area which was chosen for the first group municipalities will be used.

26. Bekdiğin Municipality

Map : A 16.10.1995 dated and 899 –ha- map was prepared by the Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: 04.11.1997 dated and 98 –ha- zone plan was made by the Cities Bank.

Drinking Water : Its survey has been completed. For discharging line a bid proposal which amounts 350billion came in the year 2001; but its bidding has not been done yet. Drinking water pipes (approximately 12 km) which are required by the municipality were provided by the Cities Bank.

Canalization: No works have been done, yet.

Building : Bidding of Municipality Service Building was made with prices of the year 1998 and with an estimated account which amounts 120.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 18.01.1998. It was temporarily accepted on 11.04.2002; permanently accepted on 28.04.2003; so construction was completed.

27. Ilıca Municipality

Map : A 29.04.1982 dated and 244 –ha- map was prepared by the Cities Bank.

Zone Plan : 08.10.1986 dated and 51 –ha- zone plan was made by the Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: Biddings of 50 –m3 -, 200 –m3 – BAG depots, transfer line, captage, transfer center and network units were made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1987 and with an estimated account which amounts 55 YTL. Its contract was signed on 31.07.1987. Plant was temporarily accepted on 28.12.1987; permanently accepted on 09.06.1989. Then construction was completed.  

Canalization: No works have been done yet by the Cities Bank.

28. Kavak Municipality

Map: Six maps which are totally 1439 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 08.05.1950 dated and 60 –ha- map; the second one is 23.05.1964 dated and 12 –ha- map; the third one is 04.10.1983 dated and 607 –ha- map; the fourth one is 09.12.92 dated and 102 –ha- map; the fifth one is 24.10.1994 dated and 220 –ha- map, and the last one is 14.01.1998 dated and 329 –ha- map. 

Zone Plan : 28.06.1999 dated and 424 –ha- zone plan was made by the Cities Bank.

Drinking Water : Discharging line was completed by the municipality.

Canalization: No works have been done yet by the Cities Bank.

Building :  a) Block of offices: (it was intrusted) Bidding of it was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1977 and with an estimated account which amounts 5,250 YTL. It was opened on 30.03.1983. 

Municipality Service Building : Its bidding was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1993 and with an estimated account which amounts 4.500 YTL. Its contract was signed on 30.12.1993. Plant was temporarily accepted on 13.10.1997; permanently accepted on 06.01.1999. Then construction was completed.

29. Ladik Municipality

Map : Four maps which are totally 1131 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 01.01.1941 dated and 123 –ha- map; the second one is 29.04.1969 dated and 582 –ha- map; the third one is 27.04.1979 dated and 198 –ha- map; the fourth one is 19.07.1984 dated and 228 –ha- map.

Zone Plan :  The existent zone plan was made by Cities Bank on 25.03.1971 and 13.05.1988. Accrual rate was 80 %.

Drinking Water : Biddings of 200 –m3 -, 500 –m3 –, and 700 –m3 –,   BAG depots, discharging line, and network units were made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1988 and with an estimated account which amounts 380 YTL. Its contract was signed on 23.01.1989. Plant was temporarily accepted on 24.07.1991; permanently accepted on 12.08.1992. Then construction was completed.  

Canalization: No works have been done yet by the Cities Bank.

Building : Block of offices, Turkish bath, and Municipality Service Building were built.

30. Ondokuzmayıs Municipality

Map: Six maps which are totally 5309 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 26.12.1973 dated and 984 –ha- map; the second one is 07.10.986 dated and 1145 –ha- map; the third one is 01.06.1994 dated and 50 –ha- map; the fourth one is 03.12.1997 dated and 514 –ha- map; the fifth one is 18.11.1998 dated and 135 –ha- map, and the last one is 02.03.2007 dated and 2481 –ha- map. 

Zone Plan :  28.06.2000 dated and 256 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water : Biddings of 2500 –m3 – BAG depot and network lines were made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1994 and with an estimated account which amounts 22.500 YTL. According to the prices of the year 1994, work was completed with 40.850 YTL which is the sum of main contract, 30 % of the work and investigations of the first additional contract. It was temporarily accepted on 27.04.2001 and permanently accepted on 04.04.2002. Then construction was completed. Need for water is met by deep wells and Nebyan Drinking Water Group.  

Canalization: Bidding of network, collector lines, and 5 transfer centers was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 2000 and with an estimated account which amounts 7.500.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 24.10.2000. Until 06.04.2007, according to the prices of the contract, 5.913.460,71 YTL was spent. Accrual rate according to investigation is 79 %. The work has been continuing in the scope of program.  

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the second group municipalities will be used.

31. Dereköy Municipality

Map: Three maps which are totally 656 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 05.06.1990 dated and 408 –ha- map; the second one is 04.05.1992 dated and 223 –ha- map; the third one is 05.01.1993 dated and 25 –ha- map.

Zone Plan :  14.07.1998 dated and 184 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: Drilling Works were made by Cities Bank. It provided pipes for transfer line and network.

Canalization: No Works were realized by Cities Bank before. Its Project has been completed; bu its bidding has not been made, yet.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the second group municipalities will be used.

32. Yörükler Municipality

Map : A 06.02.1992 dated and 3178 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank. 

Zone Plan : Two zone plans were made by Cities Bank. The first one is 04.06.1998 dated and 93 –ha- plan; and the second one is 15.01.2001 dated and 20 –ha- zone plan.  

Drinking Water : Biddings of 2000 –m3 – BAG depot, discharging and network lines were made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1998 and with an estimated account which amounts 340.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 12.08.1998. investigation was completed with 431.800 YTL according to the prices of 1998. It was temporarily accepted on 08.11.2001and permanently accepted on 06.12.2001. So construction was completed. Need for water is met by Nebyan Water Group.

Canalization: No works have been done yet by the Cities Bank.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the second group municipalities will be used.

33. Salıpazarı Municipality

Map: A 17.10.1975 dated and 409 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan : The existent zone plan was made by Cities Bank on 11.07.1979 and in the ratio of  50 %.

Drinking Water : No works have been realized, yet.

Canalization: No works have been realized, yet.

34. Tekkeköy Municipality

Map : Four maps which are totally 1029 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 04.04.1961 dated and 271 –ha- map; the second one is 07.01.1972 dated and 271 –ha- map; the third one is 28.12.1981 dated and 398 –ha- map; the fourth one is 12.03.1986 dated and 89 –ha- map.

Zone Plan : It was made by Cities Bank in 1987 and in the ratio of  90 %.

Drinking Water : Biddings of 100 –m3 –, 400 –m3 –, 600 –m3 – BAG depots, transfer line, transfer center, purchasing motopomp, energy transmission lines, and network units were made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1988 and with an estimated account which amounts 290 YTL. Its contract was signed on 04.11.1988. According to the prices of the year 1988, investigation was completed with 345 YTL. It was temporarily accepted on 21.08.1992 and permanently accepted on 03.11.1993. So construction was completed.

Canalization:  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Municipality Service Building: Bidding of the building was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1986 and with an estimated account which amounts 270 YTL. Its contract was signed on 29.12.1986. It was temporarily accepted on 23.05.1990 and permanently accepted on 27.12.1991. So construction was completed.

35. Aşağıçinik Municipality

Map : A 08.07.1991 dated and 698 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank. 

Zone Plan : 22.11.1993 dated and 190 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Canalization :  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the second group municipalities will be used. 

36. BüyüklüMunicipality

Map : A 02.05.1994 dated and 953 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank. 

Zone Plan: 12.06.1996 dated and 170 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: Drinking Water Plant and Refining Plant were constructed by Cities Bank.

Canalization :  It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the second group municipalities will be used.

37. Kutlukent Municipality

Map : Some part of the map which was prepared for Metropolitan Municipality was found within the borders of Kutlukent Municipality. Later, a 09.10.1992 dated and 1244 –ha- map was drawn by Cities Bank. 

Zone Plan :  Some part of the zone plan which was made by Cities Bank for Metropolitan Municipality was found within Kutlukent Municipality. This plan is 75 % of municipality’s zone plan. 

Drinking Water : Its bidding was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1997 and with an estimated account which amounts 75.000 YTL. Depots, discharging line, transfer line, a transmission line which connects networks and 500 –m3 – depot to each other are included in the plan. It was temporarily accepted on 29.05.2002; so construction was completed. By the end of the year 2003, 6.769.000 YTL was spent (material + production). It is under the scope of Metropolitan Municipality.

Canalization : Samsun Central Canalization Construction has been continuing. 

Building: There are not any works.

38. Terme Municipality

Map : Five maps which are totally 3527 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 07.07.1953 dated and 225 –ha- map; the second one is 08.10.1970 dated and 456 –ha- map; the third one is 06.11.1984 dated and 13 –ha- map; the fourth one is 02.03.1987 dated and 1193 –ha- map; the fifth one is 31.03.2005 dated and 1640 –ha- map.

Zone Plan: Two zone plans were made by Cities Bank. One of them is 200 –ha- plan in 1974, and the other one is 24.01.1989 dated and 760 –ha- zone plan. A survey report was prepared in accordance with the zone plan, and it was approved by the Bank on 01.03.2007. 

Drinking Water : Biddings of well transfer line, transfer center, collector depots were made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1999 and with an estimated account which amounts 200.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 09.03.2000. It was temporarily accepted on 31.05.2002. So construction was completed. By the end of the year 2003, 4.550.000 YTL was spent (material + production).

Canalization: Bidding of the canalization construction which is composed by transfer line, transfer center, collector, inspection chimneys, parcel chimney, and network units was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1980 and with an estimated account which amounts 160 YTL. Its contract was signed on 06.10.1980. It was temporarily accepted on 03.06.1988, permanently accepted on 21.07.1989; so construction was completed.

Building:
a) Hotel, Bazaar, Wedding Saloon : Their bidding was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1987 and with an estimated account which amounts 60.248 YTL. Its contract was signed on 26.08.1987. It was accepted on 27.10.1987.

b)  Construction of Market House : Its bidding was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1975 and with an estimated account which amounts 1 YTL. Its contract was signed on 06.01.1976. Plant was completed with the prices of the year 1975 and with an estimated account which amounts 2.292. It was temporarily accepted on 19.04.1978 and permanently accepted on 29.08.1979; so construction was completed.  

c) Construction of Bus Station: Its credit was approved by the Bank and its bidding will be made.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

39. Ambartepe Municipality

Map : A 22.08.1997 dated and 86 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank. 
Zone Plan: 27.03.2001 dated and 86 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.
Drinking Water: No works have been done, yet.
Canalization: No works have been done, yet.
Building : Surveys of Municipality Service Building have been completed.

40. Bazlamaç Municipality

Map : A 19.09.1991 dated and 313 –ha- map was prepared by Cities Bank.

Zone Plan: 06.09.1993 dated and 186 –ha- zone plan was made by Cities Bank.

Drinking Water: Bidding of regulator, discharging, drinking water processing plant, and network units was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1993 and with an estimated account which amounts 10.500 YTL. Plant was completed with 13.650 YTL according to the prices of the year 1993. It was temporarily accepted on 11.06.1997 and permanently accepted on 21.06.1998; so construction was completed.   

Canalization: Its project has been completed but its bidding has not been made, yet.

Solid Waste : The area which was chosen for the third group municipalities will be used.

41. Evci Municipality

Map : Three maps which are totally 1715 –ha- were prepared by Cities Bank. The first one is 08.11.1974 dated and 756 –ha- map; the second one is 31.12.1982 dated and 32 –ha- map; the third one is 17.04.2001 dated and 927 –ha- map.

Zone Plan: The existent zone plan was made by Cities Bank on 28.05.1984 and in the ratio of 100 %.

Drinking Water:  Previously, bidding of regulator, discharging line was made by Cities Bank with the prices of the year 1998 and with an estimated account which amounts 40.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 25.08.1998. It was temporarily accepted on 07.11.2000 with an estimated account which amounts 51.000 YTL (prices of the year 1998). The rest of the work which is bidding of network, processing, and depots was made with the prices of the year 2000 and with an estimated account which amounts 700.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 13.03.2001. Until 06.06.2005, 637.903 YTL was spent according to the prices of the contract. The work was completed and it was permanently accepted.

Canalization : Bidding of network, collector, and collecting lines was made with the prices of the year 1999 and with an estimated account which amounts 1.700.000 YTL. Its contract was signed on 25.05.2000. Until 05.04.2007, 1.318.614,35 YTL was spent. The a
